Urban Light Property Services is Brisbane located, focus on onsite property management and sales in West End and Eight Mile Plains area. Headed by Managing Directors Nathan Wang and Lauren Li, Urban Light has experienced and innovative professionals across sales, property management, marketing and administration divisions.
Urban Light provides personalised apartment and townhouse solutions, aiming to support you to buy, manage, rent and sell the property. As your property manager, the primary goal is to support you maximize the value of your assets with the best quality of services.
We aim to provide our clients with a proactive and personal experience in property management and sales.

Our Sales and Property Managers have a depth of experience and understanding of the property providing prospective tenants and buyers ‘first hand’ knowledge & ‘sell’ all the property benefits. Renting and selling every property is a priority, and ALL inspection is conducted by the manager.
We are available in the office between 9.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and outside of these hours by appointment, to respond to enquiries from tenants and owners.
We are transparent in all costs charged to our owners and will not have any ‘hidden’ costs incurred during the letting appointment period.
